  1. Heat ghee in a pan,add Jowar flour,kaju,raisins and and stir well.flour gets cooked in the ghee and get a nice aroma.
  2. Cook the flour for 5- minutes very. slow flame.
  3. Add little by little milk and stir the mixture continuously the flour becomes a smooth paste without lumps
  4. Add mashed banana and mix well.,add grated gud and continuously stir,the gud melts.
  5. Cooking and stirring continuously the mixture become a slightly thick and ghee is releasing out.
  6. Switch off the flame,add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Scoop out halwa and serve.garnish with banana.
