- Once the anjir has cooked well and has cooled down add the fresh cream and blend it in the mixer to make paste.
- Then add 3 cups of khoya to roast for 10 minutes,then add sugar.Then stir for 25 minutes.
- When the mixture starts to dry and harden.Then add the chopped almonds,kaju and pista to it.When the anjir halwa is ready the ghee will come out and will dry.
- To garnish add half teaspoon of elaichi powder to it
