- Take 2 red dry red chilli

- Once it comes to boiling point add the rava into it and mix well without lumps
- Add the coriander leaves and curry leaves before taking off from stove
- Now khara bhath is ready

- And then add water and saffron colour and cardamom to it and mix well without any lumps
- Once the water has been absorbed, add sugar and ghee if needed and mix well
- Take off the stove once it’s in a semi consistency
- Now serve masala spicy khara bhath with coconut chutney and sweet kesari bhath
