- Then bake the potato in a steamer and mash it with salt. Then fry it with onion in the pan and make it ready for stuffing the Tomatoes.
- Stuff the tomatoes. Next in a mixer grinder, add onion, tomato,ginger pieces, jeera, coconut and make it into smooth paste.
- In a pan add cooking oil, add the smooth paste and cook for 5 minutes. Then keep the stuffed tomatoes on the gravy on the pan and close the pan and allow to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves on the top. Stuffed Tomato gravy is ready to taste.
