- When water starts boiling put 3 green Cardamon powder in it for Flavour.
- Now on other side our Sooji has got light brown texture.
- Regular stirring. We don't need dark colour.
- Now add chopped fry fruits & little - little amount of roasted Sooji by regular stirring.
- Bhi. soon water will be evaporate and Our bhi.healthy, Delicious ZERO OIL Sooji halwa is ready.
