Preheat the remaining oil in wok or skillet. Tender pieces of chicken breast are stir-fried with crunchy, sweet cashew nuts in this classic Chinese dish. - Then add cashews & charoli paste stirr well then add whisked curd so that no lumps are formed
- Now add in all the spices mentioned above except garnishing things
- Mix well & cover it to cook for 15 minutes so that the chicken is also tender & the gravy is also cooked nicely
- Remove the lid the add a dash of lime juice & Coriander leaves food colour mix well & again let it cook for 10 minutes more then off the flame
- Now it’s ready to serve with tandoori naan or regular chapati or bagar rice or white rice… !!
