  8. Cut every three fingers as shown in the photo. Make sure that you don't start cutting from the center but from the end of the pressed part outwards.
  9. Twist the "petals" of the flower.
  10. And press lightly so that they spread out a little.
  11. Finally brush the center of the flower with egg and sprinkle just the center with sesame seeds or black sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
