- For Masala Take oil in pan add mustard seeds, zeera, chopped onions cook onions for 2 to 3 mins add greenchillies, garlic, mix well, add salt, haldi, boiled potatoes and mix well and keep aside.
- Besan Mixture : Take 1 cup besan add salt, pinch of turmeric, 1 / 2 tsp redchillipowder and make batter (batter should not be runny)
- Take bread cut the desired shape spread potato masala evenly now with spoon coat masala with besan mixture. Take a pan add 1 tsp oil or butter in it and place bread pakora and cook it from both the sides till it turns golden brown. Ready to serve.
