- Now make vada out of the dough and keep it in refrigerator for an hour to set.
- Take it out after an hour and roll it in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry these vada till it’s golden brown. ENJOY with chutney or tomatoe ketchup
