Instructions to make Kaju Paneer Gravy:
  1. In a tawa add a tbsp of butter and shallow fry the paneer cubes and set aside
  2. Grind the cashews to a smooth paste.
  3. In a kadai head the oil and saute the fry the cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and chopped onion.
  4. Once the onion is transparent, add in the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and coriander powder and give it a good mix.
  5. Add the tomato puree and mix well
  6. Cover and cook till oil separates
  7. Add in the fried Paneer cubes and mix well with the masala.
  8. Pour the prepared cashew paste, some water and let the paneer cook by closing the pan till oil separates
  9. Further addd in the milk and let cook on low flame for a 3 minute
  10. Check for salt and consistency.. finally add the chopped coriander leaves
  11. Garnish with fried cashews..
  12. Kaju paneer is ready to serve
