- If better thin leg rha ho toh isme thoda sa rawa add kar ke nicely better bana lenge.
- Now better main ino fruit salt mix kar ke spn ki help se idli mould main is better ko daal denge and wet hand se press krte huye badhe ki shape denge. All mould ko is method se fill kar lenge.
- Now idli stand ko cooker main rekh de.and without whistle ke lid ko lega de 10 minute ke liye.
- After 10 minute check kar ke gas ko off kar de. And idli stand ko care fully cooker se bahar nikal le.
- Steamed dahi badhe is ready to serve.
- Serving ke liye ek plate main 2 dahi badhe rekhe and uske uper 4 spn curd daal de.now is par l thodha sa salt, redchilli powder, roaste jeera powder and black salt add karein and meethi chutney and green chutney bhiuper se add karein. And garnish with chopped green Coriander leaves..
