  3. Now seprate egg yolk and egg whites, beat egg white till they become stiff peaks tend add caster sugar And beat more it turn out fomic type stiff peak.
  4. Milk getting boiling add little amount of egg white peak in milk add 3 to 4 peaks at a tym simmer them for 2 min from both sides and place in a separate plate.
  5. Add sugaar in reaming milk niw add egg yolk mixture(beaten and mix vanilla essence) and stir constantly add 2tbs if custard in hakf cup of milk ansd mix thoroughly cook ur custard for 5 min and place it in the fridge till get cold.
  6. Garnishing: take 2 tbsp of sugar add in oan add a spoon of water and few lemon drops cook until sugar melt and get gold colour poue mixture over butter paper oe grease plate in form if thin strips. Let it cool and become hard.
  7. Serving :take serving bowls add custard and yhen Place 2 islands over it garnish with caramel and serve, enjoy these floating island and calebrate with your loved ones on eid day.
