  1. Take a bowl add semolina, curd, green chilli and salt mix well and keep aside 15minutes for fermation.
  2. Take appam pan on heat drop some oil in each. Put suji mixture in it and press raisins in between of mixture, cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 5 to 7 mins from the sides - Put it in water for minute and take out and remove extra water by pressing in between of palm. - Set it on plate.
  3. Pour sweet curd, sprinkle green chutney and sweet chutney on the top of vada. - Sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder and garnish with coriander leaves. - Serve and enjoy sooji appe dahi vada.
  4. For khatti meethi chutney ingredients required. Heat another deep pan add 1/2 cup sugar and 1cup water cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame. - Add 1/3 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 tblespn mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and mix well, cook for 5minutes on low medium flame till the syrup get shiny. Ready to serve
