- Take 2 Cups open cooked Basmati Rice
- Get 1/4 Cup Carrots chopped and par boiled
- Take 1/2 Cup Capsicum
- Prepare 1/2 Cup cooked Green Peas
- Get 4-6 Dry red Chilli or approx 3 tbsp red chilli paste
- Make ready 2 Finely chopped Onions
- Make ready 2 Finely chopped Tomatoes
- Get 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- Take 1 Tsp Cumin powder
- Take 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Prepare 2 tbsp Butter
- Make ready Salt as per taste
- Make ready Chopped coriander for garnish
Steps to make Veg Tawa Pulao:
- Heat butter in a pan and once done add onions and saute till transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste, Capsicum, tomato, salt and saute for 4 mins. Later add Cooked Carrots, green peas, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and red chilli paste and mix well and cook for approx 5 mins.
- Then add Cooked Basmati Rice and mix well with all the masala.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with any raita or plain curd.
- NOTE: 1) DO NOT OVER COOK RICE AND OTHER VEGETABLES 2) SOAK RED Chilli FOR APPROX 1 HR OR ELSE SOAK 15-20 MINS IN HOT WATER.
