The ingredients needed to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Prepare 500 gms Mix Veg (cabbage, cauliflower peas,carrot, bottle gourd
  2. Make ready 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
  3. Prepare 3 big tomatoes (finely chopped)
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Prepare As required All Spices including Salt
  6. Get 1 each lemon, capsicum

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. In a Cooker boil all Vegs (finely chopped),and mashed.In a Sepri/big Kadai put Oil/ butter,add chopped Onions saute for few minutes,put ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, saute for few minutes and then put all mashed Vegs, (one boiled potatoes, optional),add all Spices including Salt and stirring constantly with masher,till it's done and cover it,for few minutes. Now put Pav Bhaji masala powder (2tsp) in it
  2. Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and chopped Onions and butter on it and serve with hot pav.
