Instructions to make Healthy Veg Pulao:
  1. Roughly chop the capsicum,ginger, green chilli,onions and carrot.
  2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.Add cumin seeds in it,when it turns brown add green chilli, onions, corn, ginger and carrot.Mix it well and sauté till onions become translucent.
  3. Add capsicum, cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. stir. Add salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and kasuri methi.Mix all the masala.
  4. Now add rice, 1 3/4 glass water and lemon juice.Close the lid. Cook it for one whistle only.
  5. Before serving put some Amul butter over it. Serve it hot.
