Instructions to make Anda Curry:
  1. Take a blender add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chili blend till smooth paste.
  2. Take a small pan add 2 tsp oil fry boiled eggs till golden brown coating.
  3. Take a pan heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, cardamom saute for a minute.
  4. Add prepared paste, add all spices saute for 10 minutes.
  5. Add water cook covered for 10 minutes.
  6. Add fried eggs mix well, cook for 5-6 minutes, coriender leaves.
  7. Enjoy Anda curry with chapati.
