- Put them in a bowl of water

- Add sugar and salt and chill it
- Strain the vadas
- Arrange in a platter
- Pour chilled curd and sprinkle roasted cumin seeds,chilli and chat masala
- Pour both the chatnis
- Garnish with coriander leaves
