- Take 500 ml milk
- Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar

- Prepare a mixture of 1 tbsp vinegar and 1tbs water. Heat the milk up to one boil, switch off the flame, add the vinegar mixture part by part. When the milk starts curdling strain it with a cloth. Add cold water to the paneer.
- Hang the paneer for at least 1 hour.
- Add maida, milk powder, cornflour, salt, baking soda, knee it well till the mixture is smooth.
- Take a pan add 1 cup of water, 1.5 cups of sugar, 2 cardamoms and prepare a sugar syrup in a low flame.
- Meanwhile prepare small pooris from the dough. Deep Fry them in a frying pan.
- After frying put these pooris in the sugar syrup, cover with the lid and cook them for 3-4 mins. After this switch off the flame don't open the lid till it cools down.
