  3. Now heat the pan. - Add oil to it. - Make medium size vadas and deep fry it on medium flame. - Now drop all the vadas in lukewarm water. - Let it be in water for 10 minutes.
  4. Now squeeze between palms to remove water from wadas. - Arrange it in a plate. - Now take dahi and beat it or whip it continuously till it becomes semi liquid paste(batter). - Now add salt and sugar to it and mix it well.
  5. Take a plate. - Arrange wadas. - Pour dahi on it. - Now garnish it with meetha chutney,green chutney,cumin powder,red chilli powder,coriander leaves,chat masala,pomegranate and cashewnuts. - And enjoy this mouthwatering dish friends.
