  1. Grate carrot, beetroot and cook with peas in pressure cooker. Grind in mixi with less water and keep aside
  2. Powder the sugar and keep aside
  3. Slightly roast the moong dhal. Pressure cook for 5 whistle. Drain the water. Grind and keep it separate
  4. Heat a pan. Add the wheat flour and roast till nice aroma comes
  5. Mix grinded vegetable and grinded dhal to it. Add 1 cup of water to it and mix well.
  6. Within minutes the grinded mixture will become solid. Then add the powdered sugar.
  7. Keep on stirring till it doesn't stick to the pan. Add cardomon powder. Add ghee in-between.
  8. Switch off the flame. Grease a plate with ghee.
  9. Pour the halwa in the greased plate and garnish with powdered Cashew nuts.
  10. Make into small pieces and store it in a clean dry container
