- Prepare oyster fried mushrooms
- Take Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred)
- Take Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
- Get Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
- Take Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
- Get Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
