- Soaked moong daal in a cup of water for 2 to 3 hours. Then grind it with beson and leftover water in the soaked daal.
- Grind it to make thick paste, add salt and soda in it. And fry it to make small phulki.
- Mix yogurt with cream and sugar.
- Soak fried phulki in water and squeeze water after 5 min by pressing with hands. Sweet yogurt on top of the phulkies.
- Sprinkle chaat Masala and Sliced Almonds. SERVE CHILLED.
