- Take a cooker add 1/2tsp oil add all lentis (dal) fry it in 2 minutes After add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder,salt,and 1/2tsp kashmiri chilli powder mix it now add rice and give it a good mix add 3cups of water and cover the lid allow it 6 to 7 wissil.when cooker is completely cool open the lid and give it a good mix. Now take a pan heat 1/2 1tsp oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds next add red chillies and curry leaves next you can add onion and garlic and fry it now switch off the flam
