Instructions to make Paalak Chillas:
  1. Wash and chop Paalak leaves.wash and chop tomatoes.In a mixing bowl take chopped Paalak (Spinach),add chopped tomatoes,chopped onion,,gram flour, salt, turmeric powder,roasted Cumin seeds powder,red chilli powder,carom seeds, ginger chilli paste and water.mix well to make batter for chillas.
  2. Heat a pan,grease with oil, spread the chilla batter evenly and apply oil.cook on low to medium heat.flip over and cook on other side.serve hot with chutney.
  3. Ready to serve Paalak chillas.
