Instructions to make Khatti meethi smoking dahi bhalla:
- At first, soak both lentils for 12 hours.
- Paste them together with some cold water if you want
- The paste will be thick.
- Next, paste coriander leaves with salt, green chilli and make chutney.
- Make dates and tamarind pulp chutney.
- Add cumin powder and salt in lentil paste.
- Whisk the paste in one direction for 10 mins.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Now, put oil in the pan and temperature.
- Take small portion from the mixture with raisin filling in moisture hand
- Then, put them in oil for fry.
- Saute and fry in medium flame.
- The vada will be soft
- Dip the vadas in hot water.
- Drain the water from the pan
- Now, again dip the vada in another hot water for 10 mins.
- All the masala roast and roll by rolling pin.
- Strain the vada from the water.
- Tempt charcoal and put it in the pot.
- Add asafoetida and oil on charcoal in a bowl.
- Cover with a lid for 2 mins.
- After that,add water in this pan with vada
- Add cumin powder and salt in it.
- Mix and keep them during 2 hour in water
- Take curd with sugar and mix them.
- Then, keep it for1 hour in the freeze.
- Drain the water and sponge the lentil vada
- Keep them in plate

- Spread dahi,coriander chutney and tamarind chutney on them
- Spread roast masala,clever,chilli sauce and black salt on them
