Instructions to make Ponda:
- Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, add salt, redchilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, add chopped green chilli and mix well.
- Take a portion of the mixture and make medium roll of potato filling.
- Take a 1-cup water in a bowl, dip bread slices in the water completely.
- Press the bread between your palms si that the excess water in drained
- Place the prepared potato roll on one side, roll the bread and join the edges.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and fry bread roll. Fry till the bread roll look crisp and golden
- Take a bowl add fry breadroll, add curd, emlu chutney, green chilli chutney, garlic chutney, sev, pomegranate and Coriander leaves and mix well.
- Ponda is ready to eat.
