- Haet oil in a kadai
- Add bay leaves, cumin seeds black pepper, cloves, raost the same for 1min,
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder, cinnamon powder and mix it well and saute 1/2 min
- Add chopped Onion and cook for 2-3mins
- Make a paste of tomato, ginger garlic and green chilli
- Now add the Tomato paste
- Add some water and put the lid and cook for 10mins.
- Now add cream and cook another 5-8 mins.
- Add salt, mix it well and cokk for 1min more,
- Now cut the pieces of kabab in 1inch
- Add the chicken kabab pieces and cokk for 2-3mins.
- Add garam masala and kasuri methi,
