The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Mango Kulfis:
  1. Take 1/2 liter full cream milk
  2. Prepare 2 ripe mangoes
  3. Make ready 5 tbsp Powered sugar or according to your taste
  4. Take Kaju & some pistachios
  5. Make ready Yellow food colour (optional)

Steps to make Stuffed Mango Kulfis:
  1. Take 2 ripe mangoes & remove it's pulp slowly with the help of a spoon & keep them aside. Don't remove the skin of the mangoes & even the upper part of the mango skin.
  2. Now boil half litre of milk, add crumbled kajus & pistachios and reduce it into 1/3rd. Now add sugar according to your taste. A pinch of yellow food colour is optional. Wen it cools down u can also add 2 tbsp of blended mango pulp into the rabri so that it becomes mango rabdi. But that is again optional.
  3. Now fill the rabri inside the mangoes with the help of a glass very slowly and carefully. Now cover the top of the mango with the upper skin which you have removed earlier. Place them inside a glass and keep them in a refrigerator (deep freezer) for freezing for about 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Now after removing them from the freezer, peel of the skin & cut into round slices and serve them chilled.

Scoop of the seed from the mango( you can use a tongs to remove the seed) and fill the kulfi mixture into the mango..of 'Mango stuffed kulfi' that combines the goodness of a frozen mango and the creaminess of a kulfi.
