  1. Take 2 Cups open cooked Basmati Rice
  2. Take 1/4 Cup Carrots chopped and par boiled
  3. Take 1/2 Cup Capsicum
  4. Take 1/2 Cup cooked Green Peas
  5. Prepare 4-6 Dry red Chilli or approx 3 tbsp red chilli paste
  6. Take 2 Finely chopped Onions
  7. Make ready 2 Finely chopped Tomatoes
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  9. Take 1 Tsp Cumin powder
  10. Make ready 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp Butter
  12. Take Salt as per taste
  13. Get Chopped coriander for garnish
Steps to make Veg Tawa Pulao:
  1. Heat butter in a pan and once done add onions and saute till transparent.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, Capsicum, tomato, salt and saute for 4 mins. Later add Cooked Carrots, green peas, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and red chilli paste and mix well and cook for approx 5 mins.
  3. Then add Cooked Basmati Rice and mix well with all the masala.
  4. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with any raita or plain curd.
  5. NOTE: 1) DO NOT OVER COOK RICE AND OTHER VEGETABLES 2) SOAK RED Chilli FOR APPROX 1 HR OR ELSE SOAK 15-20 MINS IN HOT WATER.
