  1. Take 150 gm Butter French Toast pieces
  2. Prepare 1 spoon oil
  3. Get 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  4. Prepare 2 spoon Dabeli masala(ready available)
  5. Prepare 1 big boiled potato peeled and mashed
  6. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 3-4 tbsp jaggery tamarind chutney
  8. Make ready 1 spoon spicy green chillies chutney
  9. Prepare 1 spoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  10. Take 2 spoon finely chopped onion
  11. Prepare 2 spoon finely chopped tomato
  12. Take 1 spoon grated fresh coconut
  13. Prepare 2 spoon spicy masala peanuts halves
  14. Prepare 2 spoon pomegranate seeds/ pearl
  15. Take 2 spoon besan sev
  16. Make ready as needed Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Kutchi Kadak:
  1. In nonstick kadhai heat oil. Add asafoetida and Dabeli masala..saute for 30 seconds. Add boiled mashed potato mixture. Mix well and saute for 1 minute. Add and mix red chilli powder.
  2. Add enough water,1 serving spoon of jaggery-tamarind chutney,1 serving spoon of spicy green chillies chutney,mix and cook until one boil. Now add chopped tomato,onion, spicy peanut halves, finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Off the flame. Add butter french toast pieces,mix gently. Remove in serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle jaggery- tamarind chutney, spicy green chillies chutney,grated coconut, pomegranate seeds. Garnish with besan sev and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve Delicious Kutchi Kadak immediately.
