- In a pressure cooker add more oil and give tadka of jeera and Ajwain. Now give 2-3 repeat layers of steamed papdi then masala and muthiya then veggies then masala and muthiya.and same again. Masala should spread evenly so that can mix well. Add oil and 1 cup water on top. Cover
- Place the cooker on slow flame and let it cook for half and hour.let it rest when cooled completely open and serve with chopped coriander.
