  1. Preparing rabd:Take milk in heavy bottomed pan,add sugar,boil the milk in low flame till it gets reduced to 1/4 of it's original quantity,in the meantime add saffron, stir it continuously, lastly add green cardamom powder and put off the flame, cool it down, refrigerate it.
  2. For sugar syrup; take sugar, green cardamom and water in a heavy bottomed pan, bring to boil,add saffron,mix well and keep aside.
  3. For stuffing; heat ghee in a pan,add dry fruits, saute it,add khoya,sugar and mix it, immediately put off the flame, transfer to a bowl, set aside.
  4. Now for malpua, take bread slices, remove the crust,tear it into small pieces.
  5. Add semolina, green cardamom powder to it,then add milk little by little and knead a soft dough.
  6. Now divide it into equal parts, take a ball and flatten it on the palm, spoon little filling and bring it together,seal it properly.
  7. Now again flatten it lightly, prepare all in same process.
  8. Heat ghee in a pan,deep fry malpua in medium flame till it is golden.
  9. Soak malpua in warm sugar syrup for couple of minutes
  10. For assembling the dish,put hot malpua in the serving plate and topped with chilled rabdi, and enjoy.
