The ingredients needed to make Guava Jelly:
  1. Get Guava
  2. Prepare Sugar
  3. Get As equal as guava paste
  4. Get ghee
  5. Prepare lemon juice or sytric acid
Steps to make Guava Jelly:
  1. Place the guavas in a large pot and squash roughly with a potato masher to release the juices. Just cover the guavas and bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Cool it on a room temperature. Mash it and make a soft paste in a mixer jar.
  3. Measure Paste and place in a clean saucepan. Add the equivalent cups of sugar, and the lemon juice,ghee.
  4. Saute it continuesly till it become thick. When your finger runs through it and the jelly holds it's shape it is ready.
  5. Pour it in a plate tap it and try to maintain the level.
  6. When it cook down cut it as your favourite shape
  7. Store it in a air tight jar.
