- Take 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Get pinch hing / asafoetida
- Prepare 3/4 tsp salt
- Make ready 3 cup cold water
- Prepare 3 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
- Make ready 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Get 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopepd
- Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Get 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- Take 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions to make Aloo Jalebi Chaat:
- In a grinder jar, add Sabudana and salt to taste, grind into a fine powder.
- Strain the powder and transfer it into a bowl. In the same grinder jar, add boiled crumble potatoes, curd and water.
- And grind into a smooth paste. Transfer it into the same bowl and mix everything well.
- Add water as required and refined flour and whisk properly and rest for 10 minutes.
- Add ginger juice, red chilli powder, water as required.And soda whisk it well. Strain the mixture so that there’s no lums.
- Now, pour the batter into the zip lock bag. Heat oil in a deep pan and make round spirals with the batter.when one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side.Fry until the jalebis are a light golden and crisp.
- Remove on a absorben paper.Garnish it with aloo chaat, green chutney, tamarind chutney and coriander sprig on top. Serve hot.
- Firstly, in a small blender take ¼ cup mint, ½ cup coriander, 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli and small ball sized tamarind.
- Blend to smooth paste adding water as required.
- Transfer theeka pani puri paste into a large bowl.
- Add 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, pinch hing, ¾ tsp salt and 4 cup cold water.
- Mix well and theeka pani is ready.
- Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup tamarind extract and 3 tbsp jaggery. - also add 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ¼ tsp chilli powder, pinch hing, ¾ tsp salt and 3 cup cold water.mix well and khatta meetha pani is ready to enjoy with golgappa.
- Firstly, in a small bowl take 3 potato, ½ onion and 2 tbsp coriander.
- Also add ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chilli powder and ½ tsp salt.mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- Now take 4-5 Jalebi cursed and all chaat ingredients and make chaat..
