- Make ready 500 gm cauliflower florets
- Get 200 gm flour
- Get 2 tsp corn flour

- Wash & clean cauliflower florets
- Drain out the water wipe each piece with a kitchen towel
- Make a mixture of flour, corn flour & salt coat cauliflower florets
- Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on absorbent paper.
- Ln another pan heat 1 tsp oil, add sliced spring onions, ginger saute for 1 min…add Honey, chilli sauce, lemon juice & soya sauce until the sauce boils & thickness.
- Add deep fried cauliflower toss in sauce for 3 min…or until cauliflower is heated through..
- .serve hot…. garnished with green coriander and green garlic !!!
