Add chopped vegetables and ginger-garlic paste. Add cumin powder, pepper powder and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot. Note: Oats khichdi // Veg pulao (Pressure cooker) // Vegetable khichdi.
Instructions to make Vegetable Dal Daliya:
- Wash and soak moong dal for 25min
- In a cooker add oil. As oil heats add rai.
- Add chopped onion saute it for 2min then add chopped tomato again saute it for 2min
- Then add daliya, vegetable, moong dal and mix them all together
- Add salt, haldi powder and mix them. Keep stirring it for another 2-3min.
- Now add 1 glass of water or as per your quality water can increase or decrease. Cover the cooker. Whistle 7-8.
- As cooker cools down. Open the lid and check if daliya has become soft or not. If not again 5-6 Whistle.
- Mix black pepper powder. Serve hot garnish it with panner/cheese.
