- Stir the batter well. Add the fruit salt and lightly stir in one direction only.
- Grease a deep aluminium plate. Pour the batter in a deep plate and steam for 20 minutes. Then remove and cool.
- In a wok heat 1 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds for tempering. Add big green chilli pieces in it and curry leaves. Then pour this on the prepared Dhokla. Cut into square pieces. Serve with green chutney.
