Instructions to make Mix sprouts Pulao:
  1. Wash and soak basmati rice. Soak the sprouts for couple of hours.
  2. Wash the sprouts and drain the water.
  3. Heat ghee in a cooker, saute onions, add the paste, mix well. Allow it to cook. Then add all the spices, salt. Mix well. Add the rice. Mix it again gently. Add water. Cover the lid and get 3 whistles.
  4. Let the air release on it's own from the cooker. Open the lid, remove the sprouts pulav in a serving plate and garnish it with coriander leaves and rose flower made from tomato skin.
  5. Ready to serve.
