  2. Prepare 1 cup curry leaves
  3. Take 2 small onion
  4. Prepare 3 spicy green chillies (you can also use normal green chilli)

  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Make ready as needed Coriander leaves chopped
  8. Take 300 grams Maida
  9. Take 2 tbsp dahi
  10. Prepare as needed Oil
Instructions to make Puri Bhaji:
  1. Boil the potatoes peel and mash it and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil 2 tbsp put curry leaves and chopped green chillies then add sliced onion saute for 5 mind on low flame.
  3. Then add salt to taste + turmeric powder mix well and cook for 1 mins then add mashed potatoes (mash lightly) and mix it nicely.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves give a mix.your bhaji is ready.
  5. Take maida add salt + dahi + oil (1 tbsp) mix it well then by adding water knead a semi soft dough.
  6. Make round puri's from the dough and fry in a hot oil..
  7. Serve hot Puri bhaji.
