Instructions to make Veg Pulao:
  1. In a deep thick pot or pan, heat ghee and fry all the whole spices then add the onions and saute them till golden. Now add the ginger garlic and saute for 10-12 sec. Add the tomatoes and saute on a low flame.
  2. Add all the veggies and saute 2-3 mins on low flame.
  3. Add rice and water and stir. Season with salt and red chilli.
  4. Cover tightly and let the rice cook on low flame, till the water is absorbed and rice is well cooked.
  5. Check in between a few times.
  6. Serve the veg pulao hot with curd.
