  14. Prepare 1 cup Coriander leaves
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup mint leaves
  16. Get As per taste Green chillies
  17. Prepare 1 tsp grated ginger
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Get 1/2 tsp sugar
  21. Make ready 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  22. Make ready For tempering:
  23. Prepare 4 tbs Oil
  24. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  25. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  26. Make ready 2 Green chillies
  27. Make ready 10-15 curry leaves
  28. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
  29. Get 4 tbsp water
  30. Get as required For garnishing Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Sandwich dhokla is spicer version of White Dhokla, made from rice and udad dal. Gluten-Free Sandwich Dhokla: Dhokla is a vegetarian food item that originates from the Indian state of Gujarat.   1. For idli batter soak rice and urad dal for 4 to 5 hours and grind into a smooth paste add salt to taste and keep for fermentation. After fermentation pour batter into a thin layer in Dhokla steamer plate and steam for 2 to 3 minutes it should not cook fully.
  2. For Green chutney grind all the chutney ingredients mention above and pour on the top of idli. Similarly mix all the ingredients of Dhokla instantly and pour on the top of green chutney and now cover with lid and steam for 15 minutes.
  3. For tempering heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds once the mustard seeds crackle add green chilli and curry leaves and turn off the flame, now add sugar, water and mix well, pour this tempering over the dhokla and make into pieces.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
