  2. Make ready 1 cup malai extracted from milk

  1. Take sugar, curd and malai in a blending jar and blend smooth to make a batter.
  2. Then sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well. Now, add batter to this mixture and fold to make a smooth batter.
  3. Grease a cake tin with oil pour the mixture and tap well to remove any air bubbles.
  4. Preheat your oven and bake this cake for 30-35 minutes. Do a toothpick taste and when done let it cool. Then Take out in a plate, apply cream covering the cake..pour chocolate sauce and sprinkle tuti fruti.
