  10. Take 2 - 3 tablespoons Ghee
Steps to make Rajastani Choorma Ladoo:
  1. Make a soft but firm dough from the atta, rava,salt,mawa. If no mawa then add more ghee and add milk as you knead. Keep aside for 10 mins
  2. Make any shapes you like, but it should be flattened with a well in it…as it will be more easier for deep frying..In a kadai, pour enough oil to fry. If you want you can bake these pieces for around 10-15 mins at 350 degrees Celsius.
  3. Keep to cool after frying the pieces till golden brown. First crush with your hands and then grind them to a coarse powder.. Add the sugar as you like and the elachi that is cardamon or cinnamon as you may like.
  4. Then add ghee to nicely let it crumbly and we can be able to make small laddoos out of it..Its best if you make them when the mixture is bit warm. Its good to eat like that itself.
  5. Makes around 24-28 pieces and its really an unique taste!
