- Mix well.add 4-5 tsp water and cook for 3-4 minutes.add chopped coriander.stuffing is ready.let it be cool for 5 minutes.pour idli batter in moulds.place 1 tsp prepared soya stuffing in the centre.Now cover with more idli batter.
