Steps to make Masoor pulao:
- First add oil in a sauce pan
- Add onion chopped fry till golden brown add tomatoes and ginger garlic age DS stage
- Cover da lid 4 tomatoes to get soft
- Add spices and fry and bhonofy
- Add boiled masoor daal
- Fry fr few minutes it's done now.prepare it rice now
- Soak basmati rice fr half hour
- Add oil 4 tbsp in a big cooking pot
- Add whole garam maslas anf fry till cracking sound came
- Add water 2 cups fr 2 cups rice add salt too w8 fr aboil
- Add rice till water evaporates and cover da lid now and keep on dum a low heat
- Add masoor daal mixture mix well and again keep on dum
- Ready to serve with salad and yougurt or raita
