  1. First roast vermicelli and nuts separately in ghee and keep them aside.
  2. Then boil milk and add the roasted vermicelli in it and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Take 2 tbsp custard powder and mix 1/4 cup of normal milk and keep aside.
  4. Add 5 tbsp sugar in the boiling milk and keep stirring for some time.
  5. Add custard mix and cook again for 7-8 minutes.
  6. After 7-8 minutes switch off the heat.
  7. Once cooled down,refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  8. In chilled custard add some chopped fruits and some roasted nuts and then mix well.
  9. Our Vermicelli Custard is ready and serve chilled !!!
