- At first in a large mixing bowl take rava and curd.and add ginger, paste and salt.mix well to form a thick batter.
- Now rest for 30 minutes or till rava absorbs moisture.
- Now add water (to adjust consistency)as and mix well.it should be idli batter consistency.
- Now add eno fruit salt.mix gently till the batter turns frothy.transfer to the greased plate.
- Steam for 10- 12 minutes.or until when insult knife it will come clean.
- Remove and let it cool down.
- For tempering heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, sesame seeds and hing. - once the mustard seeds splutter add in curry leaves and green chilli.saute little.
- Now spread the tempering over dhokla also sprinkle coriander leaves.
- And cut the dhokla to the desired shape. Serve with green chutney.
