- In a bowl put maida +wheat atta+ salt + sugar + dahi + ghee and mix it well with hands.now add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
- Apply oil to the dough and cover the bowl and keep aside for 1 to 2 hours.
- Now take put your dough and knead for 5 mins and make small small balls.
- Take one ball and roll a round roti.donot roll it very thin just roll it as u make your roti.
- Heat oil keep into low flame and put the Puri into oil very very gently and lightly press corner of the Puri with spoon.once your Puri is puffed flip it and cook from another side.it take very less time for frying.
