Instructions to make Dabeli Chaat:
  1. Take butter in a pan and saute onions till they are golden brown. - Now add chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and chaat masala and saute on low flame for a minute.
  2. To avoid burning of Masala add a cup of water and add mashed boiled potato and mix well. - Now add salt to taste and give a good mix and mash with a potato masher.
  3. Add little tamarind chutney and coriander leaves and give a final mix. - - Transfer this mixture to a plate
  4. Now for assembling - - Take paparis as required - Place 1 tbsp dabeli mixture on each
  5. Top each of them with 1 tsp green chutney, with chopped onion, masala peanuts, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Sprinkle nylon sev generously
  7. Also put more tamarind and green chutney over the discs and serve immediately
